What it consists of02 — Six ways in
I

Workflow Audit

A structured review of your current design and product process to identify exactly where GenAI can accelerate without introducing risk.

II

Team Workshops

Half-day or full-day sessions that take your team from curious to capable across the tools that actually matter.

III

Prompt Engineering for Design

Building the prompt libraries, system prompts, and reusable frameworks your team needs to get consistent, high-quality output.

IV

AI-Augmented Prototyping

Showing how to go from brief to testable prototype in hours using the right combination of tools and human judgment.

V

Vibe Coding & Build Advisory

For founders and designers who want to build functional products without a full engineering team. Replit, Claude Code, Cursor, and what they can actually do.

VI

Ongoing Advisory

A standing retainer for teams navigating AI tool decisions, workflow changes, and the questions that come up when you’re building in real time.

What it is03 — Overview

GenAI doesn’t replace design thinking. It accelerates the parts that used to slow everything down.

The designers and teams winning right now are not the ones who know the most about AI. They’re the ones who figured out how to stay in the creative driving seat while letting the tools handle the scaffolding. That shift is not intuitive and it is not obvious. It requires someone who has already navigated it across real products, not just written a LinkedIn post about it.

This offering exists because most design teams and founders are either ignoring GenAI entirely or using it wrong: outsourcing judgment to a tool that doesn’t have any. The work here is to close that gap. That means showing what a real AI-augmented design workflow looks like across ideation, research, copy, UI generation, prototyping, and build. It means helping teams find where they can move faster without losing quality. And it means making sure the people in the room leave with skills they can use the next day, not a slide deck about the future.

The evidence is in the work: Tryptic was designed and built in a fraction of the time it would have taken without GenAI. Electrip integrates Claude at the product core. The approach is not theoretical.
